  2. Technical Diagnostic

    A focused review of one system or decision — architecture, an AI integration, a scaling bottleneck. You get a written assessment and a prioritized set of next steps, usable with or without me.

  3. Compliance Assessment

    An engineer-led assessment against the standard your business needs — NIST 800-53, OWASP ASVS 5.0, GDPR/UK GDPR, LGPD, PIPL, or the DPDP Act. Not a certified audit; scope and limits agreed before work starts.

  4. Private AI Proof of Concept
    From $30,0006–8 weeks

    A working AI feature — RAG, an agentic workflow, a model deployment — built against your real data in an environment you control, so you can evaluate it before committing to production.

  5. AI Enablement
    From $15,0004 weeks

    Get your team using AI harnesses and coding assistants safely and productively — tooling setup, guardrails, and a short hands-on ramp for the engineers who’ll own it after I leave.

  6. Fractional CTO

    Standing technical leadership: architecture review, KPI/OKR setting, hiring input, and a direct line when something breaks. The lower tier is roughly half-time attention; the higher is closer to daily.

Why is pricing listed at all, when most consultants hide it?

Because a buyer shouldn’t have to book a call to find out if they’re in the right range. These are founding-client rates — they apply to the first three engagements booked from this site (across the diagnostic, compliance, POC, and enablement tiers), and return to standard market rates after that.

Is a compliance assessment the same as an audit?

No. It’s an engineer-led review against the standard’s controls, done by someone who implements these standards in production. It is not a certified audit and doesn’t substitute for one where your contract, insurer, or regulator requires an accredited auditor’s signature.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before any technical detail changes hands. Send yours or ask for mine on the discovery call.

What don’t you do?

Black-box penetration testing, accredited compliance audits, native iOS/Android development, and 24/7 operations coverage. If your project needs one of those, I’ll say so on the first call.

How fast can you start?

I run one retainer or fixed-scope engagement at a time, so availability varies — ask on the discovery call. Diagnostics and assessments typically start within one to two weeks of scoping.
